Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online publications and is a contributing author in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three kids along with his wife Leslie.
